David Creekmore, CFP®, MBA, RLP®
President & principal

David brings over two decades of experience managing the complex budgeting, planning, investment, and technology of major nonprofits like Corporation for Public Broadcasting, Internews, and Council on Foreign Relations.

Now he’s offering that same expertise to nonprofit professionals like you. Lifetime Financial helps those who help others.

David is a Certified Financial Planner, registered investment advisor and studied finance and investing at Johns Hopkins University. He is a member of XY Planning Network, Fee-Only Planning Network and the National Association of Personal Financial Advisors, all of which require a strict fiduciary standard and compensation only from you, not from selling you any products or kickbacks. David is a member of the President's Leadership Council at Search for Common Ground--an experienced group of global business executives, philanthropists, and thought leaders who advise the Board of Directors, the President, and the Executive Leadership Team on issues arising in connection with the challenges and opportunities of their life-saving peacebuilding work.

David is a 20+ year resident of Takoma Park and has raised his two (now adult) daughters in this amazing community. David enjoys travelling the world, working on his ornamental garden, and spending time with his partner (in-life and in-work) Alishia and their pup Stevie.
